                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO ADS 
                   SERVICES, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO THOUSAND 
                   NINE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($2,991.00) FOR PROPRIETARY DATA PROCESSING 
                   SERVICES RELATIVE TO THE CITY'S FLOW 
                   METERING SYSTEM.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
       payment to ADS Services, Inc. in the amount of $2,991.00 for 
       proprietary data processing services relative to the City's flow 
       metering system.
